Halloweennnnn

 Today we had our Halloween dress up day and I decided to make an effort for the first time ever in life! Sophie, Sinead, saz mc and myself looked FAB! Second and third years think it's too cool to dress up and don't get me wrong I used to think that too but in TY you actually don't care, it's great! This year we had to be zombies which was pretty handy because we look like them anyways hahahahaha. Saz Mc won herself some lollipops or suim for her costume, well done! Anyway it was a really fun day.

Today me and Chloe Quinn made bath bombs in science! Our first one kind of broke but our lovely blue one didn't 😚 I had such fun in this science class oh my god! Ms O'Callaghan trying to do fire writing was pretty hilarious 😂 so looking forward to the next couple weeks doing cosmetic chemistry with Chlo 😚😚

TY

Me and Saz P have very much fun in this IT class because we just do. I have nothing interesting to write about recently because we haven't been doing much but soon we will be going into town to hand out Lollipop's for Lollipop day! I'm excited for that because we haven't been on much trips.
The week before Christmas we're going to see the musical Elf In The Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin, I'd say that will be good and I am really looking forward to it.

Last Friday we all wore our "funky" shoes for Walk In My Shoes for Mental Health Awareness Week. We all donated €2 towards this cause. 

Meadhbh Costello won for her cool shoes in our class, Belle, aka best TY class duh? She wore slippers.. comfy. 

I honestly thing saz c should've won with her very funky uggs but whatever 

Work Experience

This Wednesday 8th Of October I will going to my 3rd day at my work experience placement in Playzone. So far I have been enjoying the past couple of weeks working there. I have learned to make different types of coffees, work the till and I'm also leaning to manage my time well and be able to work under pressure.
The staff here are very welcoming and they make you feel like part of the team. On my first day I was tricked and was told to go find a "glass hammer", and of course I went and looked for a glass hammer.. well done Megan! It was a great laugh, that's one of the things that I really like about the placement, the staff are really friendly and fun to be around!
I'm looking forward to my next 8 days in playzone, I better get thinking about a second placement... oh god
