Carlingford!

Last Monday was an early start for all us TY's. We were up at the crack of dawn to get the bus to Carlingford! We had 2 full days of exciting activities, both land and water. When we arrived after a long 2 hour bus journey we were assigned our rooms with our friends and we all got ready to go out and do some water sports.
On the first day we went canoeing and had so much fun! We were throwing each other off the boat and singing songs while rowing, god it was hilarious and really woke us all up. Getting in and out of those wet suits was probably the most awkward thing in the whole world, but we had a laugh.
We had our lunch in the center afterwards and it wasn't too great... i'd say the chips were the best part. That day we also did challenges. For each challenge you would get gems and during one, hard challenge where Sinead was supposed to me helping me, she let me fall and I basically broke my back so SHOUTOUT TO SINEAD LEE! I forgave her, I guess but she didn't deserve it :)

After dinner, which again was not very pleasing, we went on a night walk called 'night line'. We were brought up this killer hill, which we all died going up, and went into the forest. They blind folded us and made us work as a team to find our way around the forest, it was hilarious because Sarah Creaven was leading the group and she kept screaming and banging into trees, hi Sarah! That night we were allowed go to the Chinese to get some food, which of course I got food poising from. DO NOT eat out of Lucky House ahahaha!

The next day we were all exhausted because we didn't sleep a wink the night before because we were having so much fun in our room! That morning we were brought on the canoes again and back into those stupid wet suits. We all had no energy so it wasn't as fun as the day before. After lunch was the best part of the whole trip, we went to do laser tag in the forest! We got to wear army suits and got laser guns. It was by far the best thing we had done! We're all so competitive... hahhaha

Ohh yeah, the night we were there, there was also a little disco thing that we all went to and we had so much fun dancing! All the teachers were probably cringing at the songs and the way we danced hahahaha, oh well :) 

Carlingford was such a good trip and I got talking to so many new people in my year, it was so fun!

Whats coming out to 2 days?

JC results uh.

Honestly, I don't know how to feel about this. I do want to get them back because there's no more thinking about them but also the nerves are kicking in. Ripping open that envelope is like a life or death situation.

I'm looking forward to that night though. Many bants with friends and I am really not looking forward to school on Thursday morning. Wish me luck..
